We serve all process sectors in the metals and industry, including steel making, section mills, mini mills, hot strip and plate mills, cold rolling mills, processing lines, electrolysis, glass, material handling and Industry process design.
We contribute in the expertise, testing and commissioning of process systems.
Our domain of activities is the study of variable speed application, motor and drive choice, drive assembly in cubicle and environments study, PLC study, programming and supervision system.
RCG has a good experience with a variety of applications such as Cement, Electrolysis, Glass, Materials Handling, Metals, Mining, Oil & gas Chemical, Pulp & Paper and Test benches.

Marine Electrical Propulsion |

Marine Electrical Propulsion is one of our major fields of activities.
RCG can intervene in several fields such as Cruise ships, Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, Research vessels, Fishing ships and LNG tankers.
Our company is able to provide a variety of services like Expertise, Design, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance.
RCG is often asked to perform work on Power Generators (Diesel or Electric), HV Switchboards, Propulsion systems, Induction motors, Harmonic filters and Bow thrusters.
Moreover, RCG has developed efficient navigation simulator software "SIMNAV" that allows Distance calculation, Acceleration, Deceleration and Crash stop of cruise ships and tankers.
RCG experience has met recognition in the Marine world.

Power Plants and HV Substations |

RCG has been contracted several High Voltage Substations and Power Plants worldwide.
Our company has a team of specialists able to Install, Commission, and Expertise whenever there is a Substation or Power plant to create.
RCG has the potential to ensure Erection and Commissioning of Substations up to 400kV and Power Plants up to 800MW through network distribution systems.
RCG can ensure the Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following: Metallic structure, HV Cabling (Including cable ends and Isolators), GIS and AIS equipments, HV Switchgears, Control Cubicles, Power Transformers, Power Generators, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrumentation.
RCG's experience in the field of Power Plants and HV Substations has made the company one of the most reliable in this specific field.

Rail transport |

RCG has succeeded in showing its professionalism in the Rail Transport field. The Rail Transport
concerns Diesel/Electric Locomotives.
The Traction domain has been developed with ALSTOM in Syria to Maintain 30 Locomotives. Several
services were provided such as Power Generation, Auxiliary Control, Auxiliary Converters, Motors
Control, Traction systems and Troubleshooting.
RCG maintains the Diesel part of the system with "MAN".
Our fields of application are Cylinder heads, Pistons, Rings and Liners, Fuel Systems, Cooling
Systems, Pumps, Crankshafts Deflection and Bearings, Engines Rebuild, Operation and Maintenance.
RCG is involved permanently in projects between Syria, Iran and Egypt.
